Flora Source Multi-Probiotic by Nutri Health

I have been using Flora Source Multi-Probiotic Powder by Nutri Health for a few months now and almost right away I noticed a significant change in my main symptoms. I still have bouts of diarrhea off and on but the pain and pressure that used to come with it are at about 30% of what it used to be.

I have suffered with IBS since I was 17 and I am now turning 37 so for 20 years I lived with this what I call "horrible problem". It has caused me to isolate myself from friends and family because I always felt like the symptoms would arise when I would be out and sometimes it would (which was very uncomfortable and embarrassing) so I slowly made my world very small and basically go to work and stay home.

Since I have been taking the Flora Source I am able to get out more and I feel much better and secure about going places. Although I stay local I still get out. I think my problem over the years has cause more of a mental damage than physical so that will take some more time to get back into life again. I am Thankful for this product and I hope that everyone will at least give it a try once. I have recommended it to a few people I know and they too say that they notice a difference.

One friend has diverticulitis and had a bad flair up requiring antibiotics so I recommended it to her and within 1 day her diarrhea was significantly minimized. I am very happy with this product now if only there was something for my brain that would help me to stop worrying so much about going places !! That is my next battle to fight.

This stuff works great. Any indigestion that I might have had before is now gone and my BM's are now much more "easy" and I notice a full evacuation from my colon.

Flora-Source is GREAT! + some good info

Since using Flora-Source (for one-year now) I'm amazed at the results. I noticed a difference after only 3-days. That's all it took. Then as time went on there were many more improvements.

TWO SUGGESTIONS - in addition to taking daily Flora-Source: A diet that is either very low/minimal or completely free of processed foods, microwaved foods, white-flour, wheat, gluten, regular milk, and sugar (except high-quality Honey)and instead lots of fresh organic foods and veggies, esp green leafy and fruits ... diet changes along with the Flora-Source also helps a lot, especially for those suffering from IBS, Krohn's Disease, chronic diarrhea, constipation and other digestive ailments, including undiagnosed ailments.

Also, 'squatting to poop' (I know ... it sounds weird and gross) really, really helps for those, at least for those who don't have knee problems. Otherwise, the squatting could aggravate the knee problem. Squatting in a bedpan or small disposable container allows for a complete evacuation. The difference is amazing and noticeable after only a few-days to one-week. Just sanitize container after each use and keep (hidden somewhere) in the bathroom at all times. You will have to remove all clothing below the waist ... or you will wish you had.

It might be hard to do when using public facilities or out visiting. Just try squatting with knees bent up to chest and butt a few inches from container on the floor(as if you were out in nature) and in only ONE-WEEK you'll feel even better and notice a big difference ... especially if you take daily Flora-Source ... and squat to poop + diet improvements. I'm not joking ... squatting works ... if you can do it. Just try it for a few consecutive days. Then decide.

Update: Have found this Squatty Potty which has many positive reviews on Amazon. Helps you to "squat" in a regular bathroom!
